Frequently Asked Questions about the Crops:
What do you suggest I bring to the crop?
Plan ahead, and bring your scrapbook project ready to assemble! Plan to be able to bring in your supplies in one trip. Remember if you forget something you can always purchase or borrow; however, you are allowed to leave and reenter.
If I sign up to crop both Friday and Saturday will I be at the same table both days and can I leave my supplies overnight? If you are cropping both days there will be no change of seating and you may leave your supplies overnight. However, please take your purse, camera, computer, electronic toys and any other valuables with you. Neither the Kalamazoo County Expo Center or The Papercrafting Roadshow is responsible for lost or stolen items. We suggest you bring a table covering to cover your table when leaving for the day. Picnic table cloth claps work well.
Will I be able to shop during the crop?
Yes, admission to the show floor is included with your krop registration. . Vendor booths are open from 9am-4pm.
Can I sit with my friends at the crop?
Seating is assigned, so yes, we will do our very best to have friends seated with friends. Please list all attendees when checking out.
I would like a friend who isn’t cropping to come see my album/help me carry stuff in/bring me something. Are they permitted to enter the cropping area? Sorry no. Please make arrangements with non cropping friends to meet outside the regulated cropping area as NO friends/relatives/children/husbands are allowed into the cropping area. No exceptions. Not even “just for a minute”.
What about my Cricut/Silhouette/Pazzles/eClips or other electricity dependent machine? If you are planning to need electricity to run your machines and devices please purchase a table that is equipped with this service.
Can my daughter/son come to the crop?
Yes, as long as they're 9 years of age or older. They do pay full price.
What is your food and beverage policy?
Snacks and food are permitted at your krop area. Only beverages with lids will be permitted on the cropping tables, for the safety of your albums, and the safety of the albums of others working at your table!
A note about allergies:
We do not regulate what other croppers bring to decorate their tables, or as snacks, so if you have severe allergies, please use caution while attending our events.
